“Will Remain” at PianoWandeling Festival | Edam

We warmly invite you to experience Will Remain on 25 May 2025 during the PianoWandeling Festival in Edam.

Will Remain is a concert series by Duo Lehit—panflutist Taras Berchtold and pianist Anastasiia Bohodysta—dedicated to showcasing the richness and depth of Ukrainian classical music. Over recent months, we have curated works by Ukrainian composers from various time periods, focusing on rarely performed pieces. Through our reimagined arrangements for panflute and piano, we aim to bring these powerful works to new audiences.

A central highlight of our programme is Will Remain, a composition written especially for Duo Lehit by Ukrainian composer Jeyana Morozenko, currently studying in The Hague. Her work reflects on Ukraine’s resilience and the emotional reality of separation experienced by many refugees. At its core, this series is a celebration of music that deserves to be heard—intimate, moving, and beautifully expressive.

The PianoWandeling Festival is an annual event where visitors can enjoy piano music while strolling through the historic town of Edam. On 25 May 2025, the festival celebrates its 20th edition, featuring numerous talented performers across various unique locations.

We look forward to sharing this special performance with you as part of the festival’s rich musical offerings.
